Our Story

Bosko Baking is a heart-led microbakery inspired by Grandma Bosko - the kind of woman whose home was always filled with lots of love, a cup of sass, and the wonderful aroma of something fresh from the oven. Around her table, there was always room for one more, and always something sweet to share.

That spirit lives on in everything we make. Here at Bosko Baking, we create handcrafted baked goods that are made with love and a sprinkle of family tradition. 

Hi! 

My name is Emma, and I am the owner and baker of Bosko Baking.

Senior year of high school, when covid shut downs were in full swing, I had the opportunity to stay with my Grandma Bosko - the baker of the family. Majority of our days revolved around being in the kitchen and trying out recipes. Those days fueled my passion for baking, and since then, I dedicated myself to the craft.

Since her passing, I knew I wanted to create a microbakery that captured the incredibly woman and baker she was. Through every batch, I hope to share that piece of love, warmth, and spirit with everyone who enjoys my baked goods. 

Every item is handcrafted, giving it that homemade look - slightly unique, a little rustic, and full of character. 

At farmers markets, we provide a variety of flavors - and dietary friendly options - in our top categories: donuts, cinnamon rolls, cookies, bagels, cake slices, and biscotti. 

We offer additional goods outside of market days through pre-orders. Let us know how we can make your days sweeter!
